MyGENESIS Intervention
Brief CBT-based psychoeducational intervention designed for young donor-conceived adults. This tool features sequential modules that provide essential information on legal jurisdiction, communication expectations with donors and siblings, and relationship management. Additionally, it offers stress-coping strategies to help DCP navigate their experiences.
Focus Groups: Care Pathway
Development of a Care Pathway for donor-conceived individuals, including donor-conceived persons (DCPs), donors, recipient parents, and health professionals, through a 1-hour online focus group discussion aimed at shaping this initiative.

SUMMARY ANSWER: For donors, intended parents and donor-conceived offspring, recommendations are made that cover information needs and informed consent, psychosocial implications and disclosure.
